***SOLD OUT*** Lennox Hastie of Firedoor and Gildas fame will serve up a taste of the Lone Star State in celebration of the first SXSW event to take place outside of its native Austin, Texas home. Serving up 100-day aged hickory roasted rump cap alongside smokey BBQ beans, corn, pickles, cornbread and hot sauce, it’s the first time the chef will use his award-winning grilling skills to tackle Texan BBQ. Come on down to watch Hastie fire up the BBQ, and try a taste of his Texan-inspired menu. Limited seating available so head down to the Pumphouse restaurant from 11:30am to secure your spot!
