What Do Listening, Comedy and Sex Have in Common?

Listening is a contact sport, like comedy.

Although you can rehearse alone, the value of comedy sits in the audience.

The same is true when it comes to your listening.

The value of listening sits with the speaker, yet paradoxically focussing on the speaker is one of the fallacies of listening well.

During this interactive workshop, you can expect to learn about a refreshingly simple and research-backed way to listen while meeting new people.

You will explore why listening to what someone says the first time is only 14% of what they think while you practice with another participant.

You can expect to learn in real-time, practice immediately, laugh, and have fun.

Applying the strategies in your workplace will reduce the number of meetings you attend and shorten the ones you attend.

Based on our research from over 29,000 workplace listeners, after this workshop, participants report a range of 1 to 4 hours per week recovered in their calendar.

What could you do with an extra 4 hours per week?

PS – if you want to find out what listening and sex have in common, you’ll need to attend the workshop.
