Finding Your Mojo: The Search for Confidence & Happiness
Finding Your Mojo: The Search for Confidence & Happiness
Ben takes the audience on an inspiring and unexpected journey to discover the magical and counter intuitive principles behind some of the world’s most successful athletes, CEO’s, teams and executive teams.
For 30 years Ben Crowe has been helping people with their mindset on the field professionally and their perspective off the field personally, to find a balance between confidence and happiness, and achievement with fulfilment.
With the realisation that performing is what they do it’s not who they are, Ben has helped athletes (and now the rest of us) separate our self-worth from our business card, and the human being from the human doing, and redefine “success” from an intrinsic perspective (which we control), rather than the extrinsic motivations we can’t.
Ben also addresses how to create a high-performance mindset, to accept the things we can't control and focus only on the things we can, and the best version of us.
Incorporating principles of authenticity, vulnerability, connection and storytelling, Ben explains the process of answering three simple but not easy questions: Who am I?, What do I want?, and How do I get there?, and to ultimately own your story, embrace your weird and find your mojo.
