Workshop - Welcome to Club Tropicana! The rise of Hyper-personalisation at Work and how to adapt to it

Hyper-personalisation is the curation of work according to a person’s needs, their skills and super powers.

Join ABC Radio personality and master facilitator Lisa Leong in this energising, engaging and entertaining workshop, as she explores how you can create a sense of belonging in your work place, whilst also allowing your team members to bring their whole selves to work. This is the promise of hyper-personalisation.

Why Club Tropicana? Wham’s George Michael starts this song with “Let me take you to the place where membership’s a smiling face” - you shouldn’t have to squeeze yourself into a box or belong to a narrowly defined ‘tribe’ to engender connection at work.

But how do you adapt your leadership and workplace to allow for this?

Key Takeaways:
Discover what Hyper Personalisation is
Learn how to cultivate a sense of belonging and connection at work, by celebrating and seeing uniqueness rather than requiring assimilation.
Explore how to use Hyper Personalisation to create personal agency and re-design your role and that of your team members

This session has been designed for senior leaders and team builders
