From Tradition to Transformation: The Olympics and Paralympics in the Digital Age

Diversity, Inclusion, Social Impact and Brand Trust. Whilst these are some of the strongest narratives in media today, they have featured as some of the consistent storylines of the Olympics since the modern era.
When we consider the digital transformation of the athlete and fan experience, new emerging sports and audience acquisitions along with heightened cultural connectivity and responsibility, the Olympics and Paralympics prove that when the traditional is purposefully reimagined it is more potent and relevant than most. Much like Out of Home’s own evolution – what was once considered traditional, can be powerfully reimagined to deliver outstanding and enduring results.
With the Paris 2024 Games less than 300 days away, we discuss the transformational narratives we can expect to come from the Games, OOH’s influence on this Australian storytelling and why it matters to brands and customers.
