CAST

Gav has spent the last decade in the music industry (artist, manager, educator, founder). He's toured Australia with the likes of Rufus Du Sol and Ballpark Music, written and worked on records that have been streamed more than 50 million times, signed record deals (Wonderlick/Sony, Partyfine, Onelove), started a label that had a release sampled by Grammy Nominated artists PARTYNEXTDOOR as well as working at QMusic/BIGSOUND.

Gav founded Your Favourite Team, a platform that was educating the next generation of creators in the music industry. Loose Change Publishing with LA based management company Vitalic Noise (Bag Raiders, Hermitude, Miami Horror). Before stepping into the world of startup, tech and innovation at Innovation Bay and Global Entertainment Company Entain, where he headed up their Australian innovation program (Ennovate).

Gav joins us at SXSW in his current role as General Manager of The Centre of Arts, Sports and Technology (CAST).  CAST is a membership organization dedicated to fostering innovation within the entertainment industry.
