Recognised as a CMO+, her expertise extends beyond Marketing to encompass Customer Success, Product Management, Sales, and Product-Led Growth (PLG). Jamie's leadership is rooted in her passion for driving organisational change and advancing go-to-market excellence in the tech industry. Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Klaviyo (NYSE: KVYO) since August 2023, Jamie was selected by Klaviyo’s leadership to build the roadmap for growth across the company both in the near and long term. Jamie oversees all brand management, communications, content, product marketing and performance marketing initiatives for the company. Her remit extends beyond global strategic marketing initiatives to support Klaviyo’s demand and revenue generation including ownership of Klaviyo’s digital and eCommerce business. Within her first 60 days at Klaviyo, Jamie led the marketing team to successfully guide the company through its IPO, overseeing new company messaging, PR strategy, and establishing a significant brand presence across New York City. Jamie’s leadership at Klaviyo has been marked by an impactful focus on operational efficiency, integrated marketing and product-led growth strategies. Under her guidance, Klaviyo has launched a new brand platform, overhauled their pricing and packaging strategy, introduced a new product release cycle strategy, and launched several innovative digital marketing campaigns. Through her thoughtful leadership, Jamie has revitalised the marketing team, elevating the organisation and building a completely new leadership team in less than a year’s time.
