Courtney Blackman is the Head of Partnerships at Lander & Rogers, Australia's largest independent law firm. She is part of the firm's award-winning iHub, a dynamic team of problem solvers and innovators creating smart solutions for everyday and complex business challenges. She is on the 'fusion team' of the firm's AI Lab where she oversees the LawTech Hub, a first-of-its-kind global-reaching program that enables AI startups to develop, test, and scale new legal tech products. She also co-leads Australia's AI Clinics in partnership with Monash University, uncovering unique AI use cases for the legal industry, and manages a series of legal tech clinics annually in partnership with top institutions including Monash, UTS, and QUT. Before joining Lander & Rogers, Courtney worked with hundreds of industry-agnostic startups and scaleups at one of Australia's largest tech and innovation hubs; and was a founder and entrepreneur, having launched, grown, and successfully exited startups in the digital media space.
