From early-stage startups to industry leaders, Anthony has advised over 250 tech companies, developing deep expertise across the ecosystem, from complex M&A transactions and capital raising to corporate and commercial law, data privacy regulations, and intellectual property. Since founding Biztech Lawyers in 2018, Anthony has transformed the firm into a global operation. Today, Biztech Lawyers serves a diverse range of clients from offices in Australia, the US, and the UK. The vision for Biztech Lawyers was inspired by Anthony’s five-year tenure as General Counsel and Head of Operations at tech unicorn Rokt, where he spearheaded its 10x growth, scaled operations, expanded into key global markets, and helped position Rokt as a leading player in the tech industry. Anthony’s career includes legal roles at King & Wood Mallesons, global telecom BT, competition regulator OFT, a strategy consulting role with Booz & Co. and investment banking positions at JP Morgan and Macquarie Bank. He is a highly credentialed, dual-qualified solicitor in both Australia and England & Wales, holding an MBA from the renowned INSEAD business school. In recognition of his exceptional work, Anthony was named ‘Commercial Partner of the Year’ at the 2023 Australian Partner of the Year Awards.
