Since taking the helm of L’Oréal Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) last year, Alex Davison has made a significant impact. Before this appointment, he spent three years leading L’Oréal Greece, achieving consistent double-digit growth and market share gains across all channels
 
His success in Greece also included exceeding sustainability and diversity & inclusion goals, earning recognition as a ‘Top 20 Company changing the world for good” by Fortune magazine. Prior to his time in Greece, Davison served as the UK General Manager for L’Oréal’s Dermatological Beauty business unit, where he fostered strong retailer partnerships and digital/medical market leadership. His 17-year career at Procter & Gamble provided extensive international experience across various roles and countries. Davison is known for this progressive leadership style, fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
