Yane Svetiev

Professor of Law, University of Sydney

Yane is a Professor of Market Regulation and Private Law and Associate Dean (Research Education) at the University of Sydney Law School. His research focuses on competition law, regulatory private law and transnational market regulation.

Yane has worked as part of international interdisciplinary collaborations documenting the emergence of experimentalist governance as a regulatory architecture, as well as the intersection of private law and regulation. He is the author of Experimentalist Competition Law and the Regulation of Markets and a chief investigator in an ARC Discovery Project on the use of transnational peer review in financial regulation.
