About
Georgia is an international youth advocate from regional NSW with a deep passion for finding solutions to climate change and gender inequality. She was the first Australian appointed as a Girl Up Teen Advisor to the United Nations Foundation in 2019, alongside a global cohort of teen girls. She now sits on Plan International Australia’s Impact and Influence Board Committee, bringing a youth perspective to Plan’s international programming and governance. After working with young people in the education sector, Georgia is passionate about how education can solve the greatest issues of our time, including the climate crisis. She is a Global Youth Ambassador with Their World, working internationally to improve education. She studies a double degree in International Relations and Law at the University of Sydney.”
