Jerome has considerable experience working in unions in New Zealand and Samoa, and his strong passion for advocating for Pacific and Maori communities is evident. His understanding of government systems, as demonstrated by his political work in the Labour Party since 2004, further underscores his commitment to this cause. His passion has seen Jerome continue to support Pacific health and social providers in South Auckland as they grow and thrive to better impact their communities. Jerome has supported the establishment of multiple Pacific initiatives, particularly those focused on youth.
