Chiara Longhi

Chiara Longhi is the Innovation Principal at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she works with enterprises across Asia-Pacific and Japan. In her role, she helps executive leaders develop and bring new ideas to market by leveraging the same tools and mechanisms that drive innovation across Amazon’s global businesses.

Prior to joining AWS, Chiara worked on the  launch of Amazon in Australia and Singapore between 2017 and 2019. She previously worked at LinkedIn, based in Hong Kong, where she supported the company’s expansion across Japan and Korea. Chiara was recognized by Tycoon Magazine as one of the “10 Most Empowering Women in Business to Watch” and was recently selected for the Rare by Google Leadership Program.

Chiara is a sought-after speaker and mentor in the tech community and has received multiple national and international awards for her contributions to the fields of tech and innovation.

She began her career in tech at AOL in New York City after earning her degree in Economics from Bocconi University. Chiara also holds a Master’s degree from New York University and recently completed their InnerMBA program, designed to enhance emotional intelligence in leadership. Additionally, Chiara serves as an Amazon Bar Raiser and has interviewed over 380 candidates since joining the company. As a certified Innovation and EQ Evangelist at Amazon, she has also trained thousands of individuals across Europe, the United States, and Asia-Pacific.
