Doug English is Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Culture Amp. He is responsible for Culture Amp’s technical architecture and delivery.

Doug’s background is in software project delivery, product leadership and enterprise architecture at consulting companies and banks. Since graduating from software engineering at the University of Melbourne, Doug has worked for organizations including Hewlett Packard Consulting, EDS, National Australia Bank and ANZ. Doug’s passion for building responsible businesses has been a major factor in Culture Amp’s involvement with the Not Business As Usual campaign and earning their B-Corp Certification status.
