She is Tax and Legal lead for Victoria at her firm and is known and respected for building culture while making tax fun. She is passionate about creating communities where people thrive. Her 18 year career is marked by a relentless dedication to empowering individuals while optimising processes and systems for the future. She is an appointed member of the ATO’s Tax Practioners Stewardship Group. Recognised as the Global Mobility Champion of the Year, Ursula is a highly sought after speaker and a Linked In influencer where she enjoys sharing financial and tax insights. She has been interviewed by Adam Grant and appeared on Women Biz Global. Ursula is the executive sponsor for the Money Matters employee resource group at KPMG where she hopes to help close the gap in wealth at retirement between women and men. Ursula is passionate about giving back and serves on the advisory board for Talent Beyond Borders. She is currently the Chair of the Board for The Substation and also serves as a board director for Multicultural Arts Victoria and NextGen Unite. With a background spanning tax, technology and process improvement she has an intimate understanding of the full business cycle which helps her realise value and identify growth opportunities and solutions for clients.Ursula is passionate about empowering people to find the joy in complex concepts, and communicating in a way that brings people along for the journey.
