Hi, my name is Kalkani Choolburra! I am a 30 year-old Girramay, Kuku Yalanji, Kalkadoon, Pitta Pitta woman, living and working in Sydney. For the last 11 years I have worked in First Nations Tourism & Education, currently with the Australian Institute of Botanical Science (Botanic Gardens of Sydney). I have a huge passion of learning and teaching First Nations ways of living and surviving sustainably and exploring how we can continue these practices in the world today.
