Reg Raghavan

Reg, born and raised in Western Sydney, is a product of Australia's diverse cultural landscape. Growing up in a family of migrants and fueled by his fascination with Japanese, Reg pursued studies in Information Technology and Business.  

His career journey took him to the Silicon Valley and later to a pivotal volunteer experience in a remote Aboriginal community. It was there that he realised that communication in-culture and in-language is a human right, not just a luxury. Motivated by this revelation, Reg founded CulturalPulse, an agency dedicated to fostering authentic cultural engagement campaigns.  

As CEO, he now leads multicultural marketing campaigns and technology development that drive audience growth and empower clients to create deeper impact.
