With 24 years’ experience in leadership roles in Australia and internationally, Penny builds collaborations across business, government and community to achieve social impact. Penny is passionate about innovation and futures thinking and new technologies to solve humanitarian problems. Her interests stem from leading humanitarian programs across the Middle East, collaborating with partners across Asia, leading humanitarian responses and in Australia exploring ways to mobilise volunteers. Penny has worked at Red Cross in International Programs, as State Director, Victoria, Director Volunteering and most recently Chief of Staff.
