Wil is a creative technology leader and entrepreneur, with a career spanning over 20 years on the belief that a considered application of education, game design and technology can make a meaningful difference to people's lives.
In 2004, Wil founded mobile game-based education and gamification specialists, Millipede.  Millipede partners with businesses and governments to deploy technology-driven programmes that solve real human problems. Their apps have over 150 million players worldwide. Millipede was acquired in 2014.
Wil co-founded Playlunch Games in 2020, who's mission is to improve maths confidence and financial literacy in children.
