Sangeeta Leach

Founding Director, The Leach Partnership

Sangeeta is an experienced board director, advisor, and business leader with broad national and international experience and a successful track record in strategy development, change management and growth advisory.

Born in India, Sangeeta completed an MBA in marketing and has worked with some of the world’s most respected organisations, including JWT, Andersen (now Accenture), Saatchi & Saatchi, St Luke’s, and George Patterson’s in markets as diverse as Kenya, South Africa, England and Australia. She specialises in articulating bold visions and pathways to success, simplifying the complex and and managing diverse stakeholders and agendas to create a common purpose. 

Sangeeta is also a Non executive Director on the Board of The Wayside Chapel.
 
In 2005, she co- founded The Leach Partnership to support boards and leadership teams with building business value to underpin long-term success. The Leach partnership advises organisations on all aspects of business strategy and planning including growth strategies,  positioning, succession, M&A, structuring for growth and problem solving.
