Amanda “Mandy” Drury has had a 27-year media career working at the pinnacle of global business. She is currently an anchor with leading global business television network CNBC and has worked extensively with other networks such as Bloomberg TV, NBC, MSNBC and Australia’s Channel 7. Mandy has interviewed a who’s who of political and business heavyweights, from Presidents and Prime Ministers, to CEOS and central bankers across the US, Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Africa and Europe, including at the Davos World Economic Forum. Mandy has also had the pleasure of interviewing personalities from the celebrity world, such as Matthew McConaughey, Kylie Minogue, Curtis Stone and Mike Tyson. In addition, Mandy is a sought-after moderator on the world stage. She has moderated conferences for financial institutions such as Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Credit Suisse, Charles Schwab, TD Ameritrade, Standard Chartered Bank, Reuters and Ecovis International, as well as for leading tech entities such as LinkedIn, GITEX Global and Startup Grind APAC. She has also moderated dialogues and panels for non-profits such as the United Nations and the Asia Society on topics ranging from women’s issues, microfinance, geopolitical tensions and climate change. Mandy is a seasoned MC for events such as Rotary International conventions, Advance Global Australian Awards, Platts Global Energy Awards, and the Gerald Loeb Award for Distinguished Business and Financial Journalism. She also enjoys being able to contribute her time for charity, volunteering for the Wayside Chapel homeless mission in Sydney, and emceeing fundraising events for pet rescue shelters, cancer prevention, autism, St Andrew’s Cathedral Choir and local schools. Mandy is a Melbourne girl, an alum of Melbourne University and has worked in New York, Tokyo, London, Singapore but currently lives in Sydney with her husband, two boys and toy poodle
