Helen is a Partner at McKinsey, and a leader of QuantumBlack, its artificial intelligence firm. She was part of the team that led the strategy and acquisition of QuantumBlack in 2015. She subsequently became COO, and worked with the founders to scale QB from 35 people on acquisition to over 1500 now. This included expansion from 1 location, to over 40. She advises top executives and leaders on the potential to deploy advanced analytics as a source of insights and optimization and her passions lie at the intersection of tech, talent and growth. She founded McKinsey’s Analytics Academy, is an advisor to Makers Academy and, until recently, was on the Tech UK AI Leadership Board. She’s a mother of two, former sailing world champion and now aspiring surfer. She fell in love with Australia racing from Sydney to Hobart.
