About
Dr Manisha Amin is an innovation leader and cultural and social change champion. She is the founder of Inclusive Design Collective (IDCo.), a social enterprise bringing together leaders in inclusive design for greater good. Prior to creating Inclusive Design Collective, she created and presented podcast With, Not For and was CEO of the Centre for Inclusive Design (CfID), Australia’s first inclusive design focused not-for-profit that changed the way organisations thought about inclusion. She is on the Board of Diversity Council Australia, nautanki theatre, and is a published novelist and an Adjunct Professor at Curtin University with a focus on Inclusive Design. She identifies as a neurospicy person of colour. Her interests are in new technology from Robotics to AI, business strategy and growth for good. She's worked with some of the largest and smallest companies in Australia as well as governments and Not-for profits. Manisha has mentored and coached leaders and emerging leaders over the past 15 years. Her focus is on supporting leaders who want to bring out the best in themselves and their teams, helping people to see what's out there and how to overcome difficulties, and supporting people transitioning or wanting to transition to a higher or new role.
