Kate Wilkins

Kate Wilkins is a 24 year old comedian, actor, writer and director living and working on the unceded land of the Gadigal people. She is a 2023 Dalyell Scholar and graduate of The University of Sydney with a BA in Theatre and Performance Studies / Education. Recent credits include a sold out season of her first solo comedy hour (Girl HBO, Just One) at Sydney Fringe (Sept/Oct 2023), Dumb Kids (Kings Cross Theatre, 2023), Improv Comedy Cage Fight Winner (SCF, 2023), Improv Theatre Sydney Smackdown Winner (2023) Celebrity Theatresports and Theatresports ALLSTARS (Enmore Theatre, 2024). Kate has written, directed and produced sketch comedy for Sydney Fringe (2019, 2022 & 2023) and was a national grand finalist for Class Clowns (MICF, 2017). Kate is a recipient of the Jordan McClellan Award for Best New Improviser and is a level 6 graduate at Improv Theatre Sydney. She is currently a part of KXT’s emerging artist Step Up program developing new work.
