Andrew Pade is CBA’s General Manager of Cyber Defence Operations.

An IT professional with over twenty years’ experience across cyber security, executive management and operational delivery, Andrew is responsible for detection and response to cyber-attacks against CBA systems and customers. Prior to CBA, Andrew was Chief Information Security Officer at the RBA where he was responsible for leading the development and implementation of their security strategy and processes. In 2019, his work led to RBA being named the most cyber resilient agency since the ANAO began resilience audits. Andrew has also consulted to the Australian Government Cyber Security Small Business Program, is a member of the cyber committees for the Council of Financial Regulators and the Australian Payments Network, and is a participant in the G8 Working Party for Security Issues.
