Originally from Melbourne, Rachel Muscat has over 20 years experience in the streetwear, sneaker, beauty and lifestyle sectors internationally, leading hugely successful partnerships and collaboration opportunities that created unprecedented demand in the streetwear industry at large. 
 
Rachel is now Co-Founder and CEO of Humanrace™, a brand created with Pharrell Williams in 2020. Humanrace’s mission is to empower all people in their pursuit of wellbeing by providing useful products and perspectives to help deepen their understanding of themselves and enrich their commitment to everyday wellness.
 
Previously she spent 12 years at adidas forging a key partner portfolio – including founding YEEZY at adidas, Pharrell Williams, Palace Skateboards, Opening Ceremony and Jeremy Scott – that fuelled the expansion of the adidas business globally, demonstrating significant growth and profit since 2014.  
 
Rachel’s pioneering roles have shown her mastery in identifying future trends, brand building and product creation, as well as earning her recognition as a prominent female leader within the industry.
