Kate Spencer

About

Kate Spencer is a designer and creative producer, with over 20 years’ experience shaping and overseeing the strategic and creative direction and delivery of award-winning cultural and place-based projects in Australia, Malaysia, Canada and Mexico.  

Kate’s experience spans museums, public art, heritage interpretation, placemaking,  strategic communications and experience design. Her interests and work include cultural and innovation precincts, skills mapping and the future of work in the creative industries. 

Alongside her work at Wildcard Collective, Kate is currently the Partnerships, Networking and Engagement Lead for FB IDEAs, supporting the future Fishermans Bend Innovation Precinct.  She is also an Adjunct Senior Industry Fellow with RMIT FORWARD, the Centre for Future Skills and Workforce Transformation.
