Tessie Lammle

About
Tessie Lammle began working in the mailroom after graduating college and rose through the ranks to become an agent at leading global talent, entertainment and sports company UTA. Her roster includes a wide variety of established and emerging recording artists across all genres which she represents internationally, including Latto, Tierra Whack, Bebe Rexha, TLC, Ari Lennox, Flo Milli, Chase Shakur, DDG, Daniel Seavey, LEON and many more. Lammle particularly appreciates working closely with female artists to expand their audiences and grow their global footprints. In the past couple years, she was instrumental in touring strategy for hip-hop artists Flo Milli and Latto, R&B singer Ari Lennox, and Swedish indie pop artist LEON, among others. Additionally, Lammle is a passionate advocate for other women in the music industry. She is a founding member of La Femme Majeure (LFM), a UTA event series that connects and empowers music’s next generation of female leaders. She played a key role in the global expansion of LFM with all-female representatives from UTA’s offices in Los Angeles, London, New York, and Nashville; and was involved with organizing LFM’s first global external webinar event, which was viewed by over 300 women across the world and featured leading music executives from Live Nation, Tri-Star Sports and Entertainment, First Access Entertainment, and more. Lammle is also on the leadership board of Justice Now, a task force within UTA’s Music department which aims to reverse systemic racism in the industry through four pillars of education, mentorship, empowerment and fearless imagination. She has helped host monthly meetings for UTA’s Global Music Group, which consists of nearly 100 agents and executives. Some topics have included the origin of race, the history of voting and elections in the US and UK, and Black influence on the origin of music. The Bentley University graduate was previously an intern at Universal Music Group and ICM Music. Outside of UTA, Lammle is a member of the Next Gem mentorship program, volunteers with Habitat for Humanity among other causes and an active member of the Greek-American community in Los Angeles and Salt Lake City.
