Jeremy leads Telstra’s e-commerce and customer service across our amazing digital platforms such as Telstra.com and the myTelstra app, which is visited by 27M customers a month. The team also supports our assisted channels creating great agent and customer experiences such as voice and messaging platforms for our call centres and builds and maintains the apps for our partners JB HiFi, The Good Guys and Boost. Jeremy and the Digital team are also responsible for our amazing T+ loyalty program which has 5.6M members who love the value and recognition T+ provides. The digital team is based in Australia and India and includes engineers, digital product owners, journey specialists, visual designers, CX designers, analysts, accessibility, commercial and operational teams. Prior to this role Jeremy was Telstra’s Chief Marketing Officer. In business for over 20 years, Jeremy has many years as a strategist and leader of globally influential creative agencies in UK and Australia. As a corporate leader Jeremy has held global roles at payment technology giant, Visa based in San Francisco, California, and board positions in Australia. Jeremy has a passion for football, the ocean and the creative arts and lives in Sydney with his wife and two children.
