Rachael Neumann

Founding Partner, Flying Fox Ventures

Rachael Neumann is one of the most recognisable faces of Venture Capital in Australia.  Co-founder of Flying Fox Ventures, and previously founder of Working Theory Angels, Rachael moved into a full time investment role after gaining her operating chops as Managing Director of Eventbrite in ANZ and helping to scale the company across the globe. She has worked with thousands of early stage startups as Head of Startups for Amazon Web Services ANZ, a Partner at Startmate, and in her two Federal Government appointments distributing funding for the Accelerating Commercialisation & Boosting Female Founders Initiative programs.

Rachael is also a lifelong athlete who went to Stanford University on a sports scholarship, and is now an investor in LA-based women's football team Angel City FC, started by her childhood best friend Natalie Portman.
