About
Nicky is the Global Chief of Transformation for Unilever, and former CEO of Unilever Australia & New Zealand and Global CEO of luxury retailer, T2 Tea. She has over 27 years of experience and has worked in organisations including Unilever, The Coca-Cola Company, P&G and George Patterson Y&R. She is a passionate advocate that businesses today must drive sustainable agendas that positively impact both people and the planet. Nicky holds a Masters in International Business, which has been supported by significant global management experience across Australia, New Zealand, UK, Europe, USA and the highly diverse markets of Asia. She has an Executive MBA in Change, through INSEAD Business School, graduating with Distinction. She is also an HBDI certified practitioner, focusing on driving performance through leadership behaviours & impacts and is a TED-X Sydney speaker. Nicky is a Non-Executive Director for the World Wildlife Fund Australia; Chair of social enterprise, Global Sisters; and is the Chair of University of Technology Industry Advisory Board. She is a National Member of the Champions of Change Coalition; a Founding Member of the B-Team Australasia and Climate Leaders Coalition and is a member of Chief Executive Women, and Young Presidents Organisation. In 2022, Nicky was awarded CEO of the Year, by CEO Magazine, for her work in delivering business outcomes whilst also driving transformative programs, including Unilever ANZ’s B Corp Certification (the largest multi-category organisation to do so globally) and 4-Day Work week.
