Often described in childhood as a “curious sponge”, this superpower continues to drive Fiona and her entrepreneurial spirit. She listens more than she talks, trusts her instincts and has the ability to absorb bucket loads of information and process it quickly to drive strategy. At her core, Fiona is a passionate advocate of helping people unlock and understand their true potential. Traditional investment in humans within the workplace is limited to executives, leadership and high potentials. Which begs the question…. What about everyone else?! There is an abundance of untapped potential laying dormant in organisations. It’s about time we found a way to bring that to the surface.
