I am, excitingly, Head of Training and Career Development for Screen Careers - a newly launched not-for-profit company designed to meet the needs of BELOW THE LINE CREW!!! We power screen production by empowering crew! 

I am also Co-Founder of Media Mentors (Australia) - a four year old company designed to help creatives build sustainable careers. We specialise in individual mentoring, producing networking events, production, helping companies set up in Australia and running workshops. 

I'm putting my thorough knowledge of the broadcasting market in Australia and New Zealand - and my strong track record in generating ideas, spotting talent and delivering successful Content on all platforms, at all budget levels - to good use. 

I have international experience in training media professionals around the world (South Africa, Vietnam, UK, Ireland and New Zealand) and have regularly run courses for AFTRS, the ABC and SBS in Australia.
