What is the future of Chinatown?

The traditional role of Sydney’s Chinatown - formerly the centre of life for Chinese-Australians - has been thrown into question, as migration patterns continue to evolve and the Asian diaspora moves out to the suburbs. Join a panel moderated by Eddie Ma from community group Soul of Chinatown, with a line-up of speakers and community powerhouses - property developer, entrepreneur and Chinatown advocate, Brad Chan, award-winning architect Qianyi Lim, and Merivale executive chef and Chinatown resident Dan Hong as they discuss the challenges and opportunities to reshape Sydney’s Chinatown for the next generation of Asian-Australians.
