His culinary roots trace back to his family's Sydney-based Vietnamese restaurant chain, Thanh Binh. Throughout his career, Dan garnered numerous accolades, including the Josephine Pignolet Best Young Chef Award at the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Awards in 2008. He currently serves as Executive Chef at multiple Merivale restaurants, including Ms. G's, Sushi-E, Queen Chow, Mr. Wong, and MuMu, Dan's culinary expertise has shaped some of Sydney's most exciting dining destinations.
